User agreement for parent/guardian and student: 

  1. I agree and commit to being physically present for the duration of each FADJ online session that my child participates in. 
  2. I agree and commit to providing an appropriate location in the home for the session, and understand that my child is not to attend from their bedroom, bathroom or any private area of the home. 
  3. I understand that my email will be provided to the course facilitator so they can invite my child to the tuition session, to access the Zoom Education platform and general communication.
  4. We are aware that the Zoom Education platform is a third-party service with its own terms and conditions and agree to abide by these - you can find them here.
  5. We agree to respect others and communicate in an appropriate manner online. We will use supportive and friendly language and not engage in bullying or negative talk.
  6. We agree and commit to not taking still or video imagery of any session or online event, or taking still or video imagery of any other students within any session or online event.
  7. We agree not to share or request personal information with or from other participants without express permission from their respective parents or guardians. 
  8. If my child feels uncomfortable or unsafe during online tuition or sees others participating in an unsafe, inappropriate or hurtful manner they are encouraged to immediately notify their parent, trusted adults or the tutor. 
  9. I understand and agree that all sessions and online events will be recorded and stored for safety and security purposes.  This may include still footage and video recordings, which may be used in communication and promotional materials unless I expressly request otherwise.
  10. We agree not to share information via social media platforms or applications outside of the online sessions.

I have reviewed this agreement with my child and explained the expectations.  We understand and agree to comply with the terms within this agreement
